Shipping policy

We currently dispatch to UK addresses only. Additional charges or restrictions may apply to addresses in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and offshore islands — please enquire before placing your order if this may affect you.

Collection

Many of the items we sell are bulky and/or heavy. These can be collected from us by the buyer or, subject to prior agreement, their approved representative or courier. If you arrange your own courier and the item requires wrapping, we will charge for materials and time — please request a quote. Once collected by your carrier, all responsibility for the transit, condition, and safety of the item passes to you.

Dispatch

For items where we offer third-party delivery, we use Royal Mail or a courier of our choice. A signature on delivery may be required. Once payment has cleared, items are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days.

The prices below apply to retail customers only. B2B/Trade shipping rates are available on request.

Small Parcel up to 2kg — £4.95

Medium Parcel up to 10kg — £7.95 to £9.95

Large Parcel up to 30kg — £16.95 to £22.95

X Large Parcel typically over 30kg — £39.95

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the rates above.

Variable per item for most of mainland UK. Please contact us before placing your order.

Local Delivery

Local delivery may be possible for all items. Orders over £75 delivered within 5 miles of our address qualify for free delivery. Contact us to arrange.

All delivery charges cover delivery to the outside of the delivery address only. Additional charges may apply for more complex delivery arrangements.
